North Gym Room 118
Room 118 in the North Gym is available for summer conference groups to utilize during their stay at Fresno State Student Housing. This spacious room was built in 2013 and is just a short walk from housing. This room comes equipped with a large display screen for presentations, a stage, a podium, as well as a PA system. This room can be arranged in a variety of ways including lecture or banquet style seating.
*Reservation of this room comes with a separate fee

East Side of Dining Hall
During the summer, the East side of the Dining Hall is available for summer conference groups to reserve while staying at Fresno State Student Housing. The East side of the Dining Hall is separate from the conference dining area and can be reserved at all times of the day. This space can be arranged in a variety of settings such as banquet style, lecture style or as a dance floor. The room also includes a podium with a PA system for conference group use.
Satellite Student Union
The Satellite Student Union has space available for a fee. The Student Union has a stage and can provide audio-visual support. With a theater style set-up, seating for 800 available; table set-up with dance floor seating for 350; and table set-up with no dance floor seating for 400.
24-Hour Service Desk
Open 24 hours per day from June 1- August 10 (subject to change). Examples of services include: key assistance, recreation equipment check out, group leader assistance, bed rail check out, vacuum cleaner checkout, campus telephone and Facility Service Request forms.
Safety and Security
Safety and Security is a top priority at Fresno State Student Housing. In the safety section we will talk further about safety measures we take to ensure your group feels comfortable.
Fitness Center
Located in the Atrium, the fitness center has ellipticals, exercise bikes, treadmills and weights equipment available 24 hours a day for guests 16 years or older.
Outdoor Patio Area
Located next to the Atrium the patio area has tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
