Eligibility

Who is Eligible?

This application is exclusively for Fresno State students with children. We are committed to supporting students who are balancing their education with parenthood.

Current Fresno State Students living with children.
Married students with children.
Students in a domestic partnership with children.

Required Documentation

To finalize your housing contract, you must provide the following documentation to verify eligibility:

For Children

Birth certificates for all children

Documentation proving children reside with you

For Partners

Notarized affidavit of marriage; OR

Notarized affidavit of domestic partnership

Residents at Fresno State Student Housing don’t have to worry about access to classes, buildings, parking and events on-campus, they live as close as you can get! Our facilities are located within easy walking distance of everything on-campus, including the Library, Kennel Bookstore, Student Union and the Save Mart Center. The students who live on-campus also have access to our Residential Life Staff, who are available 24-7 to provide support as they navigate college life.
